המחויבות שלנו

ב-ProConnect אנו רואים חשיבות בכך שהאתר שלנו יהיה נגיש ונוח לשימוש לכל אדם, כולל אנשים עם מוגבלות. היעד שאליו אנו פועלים הוא הדרישות החלות על אתרי אינטרנט לפי תקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013 — התקן הישראלי ת"י 5568 ברמה AA, המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG של ארגון W3C.

האתר טרם עבר ביקורת נגישות פורמלית על ידי מורשה נגישות, ולכן איננו טוענים להתאמה מלאה לתקן. ייתכן שחלקים מסוימים עדיין אינם נגישים במלואם — ואנו מזמינים אתכם לדווח לנו על כל קושי.

היקף ההצהרה

הצהרה זו מתייחסת לאתר הציבורי של ProConnect: עמוד הבית, מדיניות הפרטיות, תנאי השימוש והצהרה זו. אפליקציית ProConnect שבה משתמשים לקוחות רשומים לאחר כניסה למערכת אינה כלולה בבדיקה שעליה מבוססת הצהרה זו.

התאמות הנגישות שבוצעו באתר

• הגדרת שפת העמוד וכיוון הכתיבה (עברית מימין לשמאל, אנגלית משמאל לימין), עם מעבר שפה בין עברית לאנגלית.
• מבנה כותרות היררכי ואזורי עמוד מסומנים (כותרת, תוכן ראשי, כותרת תחתונה), ובעמוד הבית קישור "דלגו לתוכן הראשי".
• ניווט מלא במקלדת עם סימון פוקוס נראה לעין על קישורים וכפתורים.
• שמות נגישים לכפתורים שמציגים אייקון בלבד, והסתרת גרפיקה דקורטיבית מקוראי מסך.
• ניגודיות בין טקסט לרקע שנמדדה ותוקנה בעמוד הבית ובעמודים המשפטיים.
• כיבוד הגדרת "הפחתת תנועה" של מערכת ההפעלה — אנימציות מבוטלות כאשר היא מופעלת.
• תצוגה מותאמת למסכים קטנים ותמיכה בהגדלת תצוגה בדפדפן עד 200% ללא אובדן תוכן.

תפריט אפשרויות הנגישות

בכל עמודי האתר הציבורי יש כפתור "אפשרויות נגישות" בפינת המסך. זהו תפריט שפיתחנו בעצמנו, ללא רכיב או שירות חיצוני, והוא מאפשר:

• גודל טקסט: הגדלה או הקטנה בשלבים קבועים (90% עד 150%), וחזרה לגודל הרגיל.
• ניגודיות גבוהה: ערכת צבעים בניגודיות גבוהה, בגרסה בהירה או כהה לפי ערכת הצבעים שנבחרה.
• הדגשת קישורים: קו תחתון ברור לכל קישור.
• צמצום תנועה: עצירת אנימציות ומעברים דקורטיביים. כשהגדרת "הפחתת תנועה" פעילה במכשיר, התנועה מצומצמת גם בלי לפתוח את התפריט.
• איפוס: החזרת כל ההגדרות לברירת המחדל בפעולה אחת.

ההגדרות נשמרות בדפדפן שלכם בלבד ואינן נשלחות אלינו. התפריט הוא כלי נוחות נוסף: נגישות האתר אינה תלויה בו, וההתאמות המפורטות למעלה פועלות גם בלי לפתוח אותו. הוא אינו מבטיח כשלעצמו עמידה בדרישות החוק או התקן, ואינו מחליף את הטכנולוגיות המסייעות שלכם (קורא מסך, הגדלת תצוגה בדפדפן ועוד), שממשיכות לפעול כרגיל.

דפדפנים ומכשירים

האתר נבדק בדפדפן מבוסס Chromium במחשב, בתצוגת טלפון נייד ובהגדלת תצוגה של 200%, בעברית ובאנגלית, כולל ניווט במקלדת בלבד ובדיקה אוטומטית בכלי axe-core. אנו ממליצים להשתמש בגרסה עדכנית של Chrome, Edge, Firefox או Safari.

מגבלות ידועות

• האתר טרם עבר ביקורת נגישות פורמלית ובדיקה מקיפה עם טכנולוגיות מסייעות שונות.
• עמוד הבית כולל אנימציות דקורטיביות. הן מבוטלות כאשר הגדרת "הפחתת תנועה" פעילה במכשיר.
• חלק מהעיצוב והגופנים נטענים משירותים חיצוניים; אם הם אינם זמינים, התוכן נשאר קריא אך המראה עשוי להשתנות.
• הגדרות תפריט הנגישות שמורות בכל דפדפן בנפרד, ואינן חלות על אפליקציית ProConnect שלאחר הכניסה.

Our commitment

At ProConnect we want our website to be accessible and easy to use for everyone, including people with disabilities. The target we work toward is what the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Service) Regulations, 2013 require of websites: Israeli Standard IS 5568 at Level AA, which is based on the W3C's WCAG guidelines.

The website has not yet undergone a formal accessibility audit by a certified accessibility consultant, so we do not claim full conformance with the standard. Some parts may not yet be fully accessible — please tell us about any difficulty you encounter.

Scope of this statement

This statement covers the public ProConnect website: the home page, the Privacy Policy, the Terms of Service and this statement. The ProConnect application used by registered customers after signing in was not part of the review this statement is based on.

Accessibility adjustments on the website

• The page language and text direction are declared (Hebrew right-to-left, English left-to-right), with a Hebrew/English language switch.
• A hierarchical heading structure and marked page regions (header, main content, footer), and a "Skip to main content" link on the home page.
• Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator on links and buttons.
• Accessible names for icon-only buttons, and decorative graphics hidden from screen readers.
• Text-to-background contrast measured and corrected on the home page and the legal pages.
• The operating system's "reduce motion" setting is respected — animations are turned off when it is enabled.
• A layout that adapts to small screens and supports browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content.

The accessibility options menu

Every page of the public website has an "Accessibility options" button in the corner of the screen. It is a menu we built ourselves, with no external component or service, and it offers:

• Text size: larger or smaller in fixed steps (90% to 150%), and back to the default size.
• High contrast: a high-contrast colour scheme, light or dark according to the selected theme.
• Highlight links: a clear underline on every link.
• Reduce motion: stops decorative animations and transitions. When your device's "reduce motion" setting is on, motion is reduced even without opening the menu.
• Reset: returns every setting to its default in one action.

The settings are stored only in your browser and are never sent to us. The menu is an additional convenience: the website's accessibility does not depend on it, and the adjustments listed above work without opening it. It does not by itself guarantee compliance with any law or standard, and it does not replace your own assistive technology (screen reader, browser zoom and so on), which keeps working as usual.

Browsers and devices

The website was tested in a Chromium-based browser on desktop, at mobile-phone width and at 200% zoom, in Hebrew and English, including keyboard-only navigation and an automated check with axe-core. We recommend an up-to-date version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.

Known limitations

• The website has not yet had a formal accessibility audit or comprehensive testing with a range of assistive technologies.
• The home page includes decorative animations. They are turned off when the device's "reduce motion" setting is on.
• Some styling and fonts load from external services; if they are unavailable the content stays readable but may look different.
• Accessibility-menu settings are kept separately in each browser and do not apply to the signed-in ProConnect application.
