1. Information We Collect

When you use ProConnect to manage your WhatsApp Business API, we collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and business details.
• Authentication Data: Meta/Facebook access tokens, WABA IDs, and Phone Number IDs required to connect to the Meta API.
• Communication Data: Contact lists (uploaded by you) and message history sent via our platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to:

• Provide and operate the ProConnect WhatsApp CRM and broadcasting services.
• Authenticate your connection with Meta's Official WhatsApp Business API.
• Display your usage and billing analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or your clients' data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention and Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Meta access tokens and user data are securely stored in our database and are used strictly for API routing.

4. Data Deletion Request (User Rights)

According to Meta's platform rules and privacy regulations, you have the full right to request the deletion of your data.
