1. מידע שאנו אוספים

כאשר אתה משתמש ב-ProConnect לניהול ה-WhatsApp Business API שלך, אנו אוספים את סוגי המידע הבאים:

• פרטי חשבון: שם, כתובת אימייל, מספר טלפון ופרטי עסק.
• נתוני אימות: אסימוני גישה של Meta/Facebook, מזהי WABA ומזהי מספר טלפון הנדרשים לחיבור ל-Meta API.
• נתוני תקשורת: רשימות אנשי קשר (שהעלית) והיסטוריית הודעות שנשלחו דרך הפלטפורמה שלנו.
• נתוני Google (רק אם חוברו): ראו סעיף 4.

2. כיצד אנו משתמשים במידע שלך

אנו משתמשים במידע שלך אך ורק כדי:

• לספק ולהפעיל את שירותי ה-CRM ושידור הודעות WhatsApp של ProConnect.
• לאמת את החיבור שלך עם WhatsApp Business API הרשמי של Meta.
• להציג ניתוחי שימוש וחיוב.

אנו לא מוכרים, משכירים או משתפים את הנתונים האישיים שלך או של לקוחותיך עם צדדים שלישיים למטרות שיווקיות.

3. שמירת נתונים ואבטחה

אנו נוקטים באמצעי אבטחה ברמה תעשייתית להגנה על הנתונים שלך. אסימוני גישה ל-Meta ונתוני משתמשים מאוחסנים בצורה מאובטחת במסד הנתונים שלנו ומשמשים אך ורק לניתוב API.

4. נתוני משתמש של Google

ProConnect מציעה חיבורים אופציונליים ל-Google. אנו ניגשים לנתוני משתמש של Google רק לאחר שמשתמש בחר לחבר חשבון Google, ורק למטרות המתוארות בסעיף זה.

Google Calendar (עסקים ואנשי הצוות שלהם)

• בדיקת זמינות: אנו שולחים שאילתת "פנוי/תפוס" (free/busy) ליומן המחובר (היומן הראשי, אלא אם הוגדר יומן אחר), כדי שללקוחות לא יוצעו מועדים תפוסים. Google מחזירה רק את שעות ההתחלה והסיום של פרקי הזמן התפוסים, ללא כותרת, תיאור, מיקום או משתתפים של האירועים שלך. אנו משתמשים בשעות אלה ברגע הבדיקה ואיננו שומרים אותן.
• אירועים עבור תורים ב-ProConnect: כאשר תור נקבע, מוזז או מבוטל דרך ProConnect, אנו יוצרים, מעדכנים או מוחקים את האירוע המתאים ביומן המחובר. האירוע כולל את מועד התור, כותרת (שם השירות ושם הלקוח, או תבנית כותרת שהגדרת) ותיאור עם מספר הטלפון של הלקוח והערות התור. אנו שומרים את מזהה האירוע של Google ברשומת התור כדי שנוכל לעדכן או להסיר את האירוע בהמשך.
• איננו קוראים את תוכן האירועים הקיימים ביומן, ואיננו משנים או מוחקים אירועים ש-ProConnect לא יצרה.

Google Business Profile (אימות ביקורות)

• כאשר עסק מחבר את Google Business Profile, אנו קוראים את רשימת החשבונות והמיקומים שהוא מנהל (שמות החשבון והמיקום, כותרת המיקום וכתובתו) כדי שהעסק יבחר באיזה מיקום להשתמש.
• בעסקים שמשתמשים באימות ביקורות, אנו קוראים מעת לעת את הביקורות האחרונות של המיקום שנבחר (שם התצוגה של הכותב, דירוג הכוכבים, תוכן הביקורת ומועדה, כפי ש-Google מחזירה אותם) כדי לבדוק אם לקוח שקיבל בקשת ביקורת אכן פרסם ביקורת. כאשר נמצאת התאמה, אנו שומרים בבקשת הביקורת את מזהה הביקורת, את דירוג הכוכבים ואת מועד יצירתה. ביקורות אחרות אינן נשמרות.
• איננו מפרסמים, מגיבים, עורכים או מוחקים ביקורות, ואיננו משנים מידע כלשהו בפרופיל העסק.

כניסה עם Google (לקוחות של עסקים)

• לקוחות של עסק יכולים להתחבר עם Google כדי לאשר את זהותם עבור בקשת ביקורת, או כדי להיכנס לפורטל הלקוחות של אותו עסק. אנו מבקשים רק פרטי כניסה בסיסיים: מזהה חשבון Google, שם וכתובת אימייל.
• פרטים אלה נשמרים בבקשת הביקורת או בחשבון הלקוח בפורטל. איננו שומרים אסימוני גישה של Google מכניסה זו.

אחסון, גישה ושיתוף

• אסימוני הגישה והרענון של Google עבור Calendar ו-Business Profile נשמרים במסד הנתונים שלנו, ברשומת העסק שחיבר אותם, ומשמשים את השרתים שלנו רק כדי לפנות לממשקי Google המתוארים למעלה.
• איננו מוכרים נתוני משתמש של Google, איננו משתמשים בהם לפרסום, ואיננו משתמשים בהם לפיתוח, לשיפור או לאימון של מודלים כלליים של בינה מלאכותית או למידת מכונה.
• אנו מעבירים נתוני משתמש של Google לאחרים רק ככל שהדבר נדרש כדי לספק את התכונות המתוארות כאן (ראו סעיף 5), כדי לעמוד בדין החל, או במסגרת מיזוג, רכישה או מכירת נכסים, בהודעה למשתמשים.

שמירה וניתוק

• ניתוק Google Business Profile ב-ProConnect מוחק את האסימונים השמורים ואת רשימת החשבונות והמיקומים השמורה.

5. תכונות בינה מלאכותית

חלק מהתכונות של ProConnect משתמשות ב-OpenAI, ספק שירותי הבינה המלאכותית שלנו, כדי לנסח תשובות וניתוחים. המידע הדרוש לתכונות אלה, כגון הודעת הלקוח, היסטוריית השיחה האחרונה, הודעות קוליות (לצורך תמלול) ומידע עסקי שהעסק סיפק, נשלח ל-OpenAI לצורך עיבוד.

כאשר העוזר מציע מועדים לתור, ייתכן שתיכלל רשימת המועדים הפנויים, המחושבת בין היתר על בסיס מידע ה"פנוי/תפוס" מ-Google Calendar. תוכן אירועים מ-Google Calendar, ביקורות מ-Google Business Profile ופרטי כניסה עם Google אינם נשלחים לשירותי בינה מלאכותית.

The ProConnect platform and service are owned and operated by D.A SOFTWARE AND STRATEGY LTD.

1. Information We Collect

When you use ProConnect to manage your WhatsApp Business API, we collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and business details.
• Authentication Data: Meta/Facebook access tokens, WABA IDs, and Phone Number IDs required to connect to the Meta API.
• Communication Data: Contact lists (uploaded by you) and message history sent via our platform.
• Google Data (only if connected): See section 4.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to:

• Provide and operate the ProConnect WhatsApp CRM and broadcasting services.
• Authenticate your connection with Meta's Official WhatsApp Business API.
• Display your usage and billing analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or your clients' data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention and Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Meta access tokens and user data are securely stored in our database and are used strictly for API routing.

4. Google User Data

ProConnect offers optional Google integrations. We access Google user data only after a user chooses to connect a Google account, and only for the purposes described in this section.

Google Calendar (businesses and their staff)

• Availability checks: We query the free/busy information of the connected calendar (the primary calendar, unless another calendar is configured) so that customers are not offered times that are already taken. Google returns only the start and end times of busy periods, not the title, description, location or attendees of your events. We use these times at the moment of the check and do not save them.
• Events for ProConnect appointments: When an appointment is booked, rescheduled or cancelled through ProConnect, we create, update or delete the matching event in the connected calendar. The event contains the appointment time, a title (the service and customer name, or a title format you set) and a description with the customer's phone number and appointment notes. We save the Google event ID on the appointment so we can update or remove that event later.
• We do not read the content of existing calendar events, and we do not change or delete events that ProConnect did not create.

Google Business Profile (review verification)

• When a business connects Google Business Profile, we read the list of accounts and locations it manages (account and location names, location title and address) so the business can choose which location to use.
• For businesses that use review verification, we periodically read recent reviews of the chosen location (reviewer display name, star rating, review text and time, as returned by Google) to check whether a customer who received a review request has posted a review. When a review matches, we save its review ID, star rating and creation time on that review request. Other reviews are not saved.
• We do not post, reply to, edit or delete reviews, and we do not change any Business Profile information.

Sign in with Google (customers of businesses)

• A business's customers can sign in with Google to confirm their identity for a review request, or to sign in to that business's customer portal. We request only basic sign-in information: Google account ID, name and email address.
• These details are saved on the review request or on the customer's portal account. We do not keep Google access tokens from this sign-in.

Storage, access and sharing

• Google access and refresh tokens for Calendar and Business Profile are stored in our database, in the record of the business that connected them, and are used only by our servers to call the Google APIs described above.
• We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
• We transfer Google user data to others only as needed to provide the features described here (see section 5), to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets with notice to users.
• ProConnect personnel do not read Google user data, except with the user's permission (for example, in a support request), when needed for security purposes such as investigating abuse, or to comply with applicable law.

Retention and disconnecting

• Disconnecting Google Calendar in ProConnect deletes the stored tokens. Events that were already created remain in your calendar.
• Disconnecting Google Business Profile in ProConnect deletes the stored tokens and the saved list of accounts and locations.
• Disconnecting in ProConnect does not by itself remove the permission you gave ProConnect in your Google Account. You can remove it at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Event IDs, matched review details and Google sign-in details are kept on the related appointment, review request or customer record while the business account is active, and are deleted when the account is deleted (section 6).

ProConnect's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. AI Features

Some ProConnect features use OpenAI, our AI service provider, to draft replies and analyses. The information these features need, such as the customer's message, recent conversation history, voice messages (for transcription) and business information the business provided, is sent to OpenAI for processing.

When the assistant offers appointment times, the list of open times may be included; it is calculated in part from Google Calendar free/busy information. Google Calendar event content, Google Business Profile reviews and Google sign-in details are not sent to AI services.

6. Data Deletion Request (User Rights)

According to Meta's platform rules and privacy regulations, you have the full right to request the deletion of your data.
